Strivona (“we”, “us”) provides a platform that helps youth organizations — clubs, schools, leagues, booster clubs, camps, events, clinics, and trainers — manage rosters, schedules, communication, and payments. This policy explains what information we collect through strivona.com and the Strivona mobile apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to organization staff, parents and guardians, and anyone else with a Strivona account.
Account information. Name, email address, and login credentials when an account is created for you or by you, along with your role and the organizations you belong to.
Organization content. Information your organization or family enters to run its programs: player and participant details (such as name, birthdate, grade, team assignments, and custom fields your organization defines), family and emergency contacts, schedules, attendance, messages, registration and tryout information. Information about minors is provided and controlled by the organization and by parents or guardians — see “Children’s privacy” below.
Payment information. Invoices, balances, and payment records for organization fees. Online card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on our servers.
Device and usage information. Standard log and analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP) collected via Google Analytics on our marketing site, and — if you use the mobile app and allow notifications — a push notification token for your device.
We use this information to operate the platform: showing rosters and schedules to the right people, delivering messages and reminders your organization sends, processing and tracking payments, providing customer support, keeping the service secure, and improving how it works. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use organization content for advertising.
Information is shared within your organization according to roles and permissions set by its administrators (for example, a coach sees their team’s roster; a parent sees their own family). We rely on service providers to run the platform — including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (site analytics) — each of which processes data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Strivona is designed for use by adults: organization staff and parents or guardians. Accounts are not offered directly to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them. Information about minor participants (such as a roster entry with a player’s name and birthdate) is entered and managed by their organization and their parent or guardian, who act as the data’s controllers. A parent or guardian may review or request deletion of their child’s information at any time through their organization’s administrator or by contacting us directly.
We keep information for as long as the organization’s account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When an organization or family asks us to delete information, we remove it from active systems promptly and from backups on a scheduled cycle. To request deletion of your account or your family’s information, contact your organization’s administrator or email us.
All traffic is encrypted in transit, data is stored with role-based access controls enforced at the database level, and payment card processing is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the platform so people can only see what their role allows.
You can access and update your profile information in Settings, opt out of non-essential emails, and disable push notifications in your device settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information — contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify account holders. Questions or requests: support@strivona.com. See also our support page.
