One honest caveat about outside systems
Anything that connects to software you already use is capped by what that software lets us reach. Some publish a clean, complete API. Some expose only a slice of their data. Some offer nothing usable at all — and no amount of building gets around that. So scoping starts by finding out exactly what can be pulled, and if the answer is “not enough”, we tell you that before you spend anything.
