Delete your Strivona account

Applies to the Strivona app for iOS and Android and to app.strivona.com.

You can permanently delete your Strivona account yourself, at any time, from inside the app or on the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to the Strivona app (or app.strivona.com).
  2. Open Profile — on mobile it’s under Menu → Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. You’ll see a confirmation and be signed out.

If you can’t sign in

Email support@strivona.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Strivona account.” We verify the request by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your login and password (your account can no longer sign in).
  • Your profile: name, email, phone number, and photo.
  • Your organization memberships, roles, and team staff assignments.
  • Your family/guardian links to players.
  • Your notification settings, in-app notifications, and device push tokens.
  • Your personal training logs (self-recorded workouts).

What is kept, and for how long

Some records belong to the organization you were part of, not to you, and they are kept by that organization with your identity removed (your name is replaced with “Deleted User”):

  • Rosters, schedules, and results — retained by the organization for its season records.
  • Invoices and payment history — retained for 7 years as required for the organization’s financial and tax records. Card details are never stored by Strivona; they are held by our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Messages and announcements you sent — remain visible to their recipients, attributed to “Deleted User.”
  • Player records for children on your account are managed by the organization and are not deleted with your account; ask the organization’s administrator to remove them.

Routine server backups that may contain your data are overwritten within 30 days.

Two things to know before you delete

  • If you are the only owner of an organization that still has other members, you’ll be asked to transfer ownership first so the organization isn’t orphaned.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an organization’s Strivona subscription; administrators manage that under Settings at strivona.com.
